Working With Images When uploading images for a blog article or for your blog photo gallery, our system checks if the image width or height dimension is larger than 480 pixels. If the image is larger than this size, our system will automatically resize it down to 480 pixels. |
1. Create Your Free Blog |
The images are resized so they will display nicely on the page. We suggest resizing images larger than 480 pixels wide/high before you upload them so you can control the quality of the image.
Also, it is suggested to resize your images manually in order to get the filesize down since our system will reject filesizes over a certain amount. For instance, most digital cameras will create images several megabytes in filesize, a size too large to upload through our site.
