DOT Physical good to May 2006
Since completing Advanced Technology Institute, Virginia Beach, VA in 2000 while I was in the Navy. I worked part time for Givens Transportation, Chesapeake, VA between 10/2000 & 8/2004, but only logged 12788 miles.
Truck: 1990 International Cabover, w/ Intl hotel sleeper/bunk bed.
Proof of new brakes & additional work prior to 2004 DOT insp.
Currently residing in Barre, VT 05641, but I could also be based in Clemons, NY 12819
