Smith Trans, is it a good idea???

Working for smith was great!!!!! they have plenty of freight and plenty of miles but they are the,COLDEST people Ive ever delt with in my life, they have no interpersonal skills and they dont care for the road blocks you hit dealing with our lives as drivers,they only care about their freight being moved, so if your sick,tired,got a Dr's appt
a family member has been hospitalized or log book is just screwed up
well if you have any of issues ,or think any of these thing will
happen ,well Smith is not the company for you ,But if you dont mine
all the under handed BS well your good.[/b]

They are up here in Wisconsin allot and some people from around here went to work for them and then had a hard time getting back here for some home time. They ran them every place but here. They don't have much of a reputation around here as far as drivers are concerned.

Well to play devils advocate..This is a business..Business does not care about your personal problems or needs..Freight has to be moved..Business is in the business of making money..After hearing all the excuses you hear you learn to have a deaf ear..Sorry, you want a check haul the freight..Business wouldn't pee on you if ou were on fire..Thats the way it is ACCEPT IT..VM-out!
