need help from O/O'S

Ok first off I know that with fuel prices being like they are now it is really not a good idea for me to be wanting to buy a truck...

But firt off I have owned a couple of trucks before and then some stuff happened and caused me to lose them both.. Now I am wanting to buy another one but the problem I have is piss poor credit and not enough money to put down on one... I refuse to do a lease purhase program or be a "glorified company driver".. so what i want to know is what other options do i have to get back into my own truck..

Keep in mind I have piss proo credit now cause of past problems and not enough $$$ to put down on one..

Please help a fellow driver out with some good advice..

Spend about $25/yr and join OOIDA. Just mention the Trucking Bozo. Otherwise it costs $45/yr to join. Then ask them what to do. They know pretty much everything there is to know about trucking and will probably point you in the right direction. They will be able to give you the best advise.
