Well, that's what Frosty says everytime he is awoken. This is a new chapter in my life and I'm hitting it off in a new career. Life's an adventure!
Just a thank to Jesus my LORD for direction and assurance of His hand in my life, while I start things up, here. I'm looking at getting started in my training with CR England, this month. Probably around the 20th or so.
My situation is that I have nothing to hold me back, and basically no responsibilities to worry about, at this time in my life. I'm excited to see what the Lord is doing. I've raised 2 of my 3 boys, who are now out on their own and the best way to visit them and other friends and family around the country is to actually get paid for it, by driving. I am keeping an opened mind and expecting nothing, but, hoping for the best. I'll keep you all posted if you'll keep me in prayer.
LORD bless, you folks, I hope to see you, soon.
Happy Birthday

Lots of luck to you. Your going to need it. Whatever you do at CR England,do not go for the lease program they have. It will be alot easier to take your paychecks and put them in a shredder. They are the worst company to lease from.As far as getting to visit family while on the road,if there is a truckstop near them, you might have time for a quick meal with them at the truckstop. Life out here isn't as nice as recruiters make it sound. Things will seem real nice until you get into a truck. You will get very little hometime and expected to run alot of miles for low pay. If you were told free training, you were basically lied to.You will earn a low rate of pay until the cost of training has been covered. You can also expect alot of the loads the senior drivers don't want. I'm not trying to scare you off, just Letting you know some of the things you will be facing. I have been a driver for about 20 yrs and know how things are done. Many others will tell you the same things I have.

Mark, all jobs have ups and downs..so go with the flow and trust God, as you always do. You should see Precious (the Shih Tzu) who is so FAT with pups..due in 2 weeks. When do you come down south? Sure wish you could be here for our Thanksgiving blowout, and if you get a chance, you always have a bed here! Even if it's in the RV. Love in Christ, Nan
