handicapped drivers

I guess this post would be more a bitch than a blessing. Recently we were parked at a Flying J outside of Houston and I noticed a truck parked in the handicap area. This was a flatbed full of pipe strapped well and it was a Louisiana Tr\ansport Inc truck. There were no obvious signs that it was a handicap driver and as a matter of fact when we came out from dinner the drivers had come to let out their dog, which was a pomeranium type. The vehicle they were driving again had no obvious handicap markings they were a little older but thats all. My bitch I guess is that they parked there over night but did not stay in their truck. If someone had come along that really needed that spot what would they do. And why was that driver so inconsiderate to park there anyway. I became very igdignant about it but my husband said that most drivers would not care and that there were not that many handicapped drivers out there. Later the same trip we were in Illinois and at the truckstop we saw 2 different handicapped drivers one with an obvious prosthetic leg. They deserve the special parking area not an able bodied driver from Louisiana Transport Inc. I did take several pictures of this truck and I have half a mind to have it published and show the trucking world this very ignorant and uncaring couple. I hope i never see you in trouble on the side of the road because I will just drive on by. My whole discussion point I guess would be do other drivers care about this issue or do I stand alone
