Lifetime guaranteed headphones

I bought a set of headphones from ICC Connections in the TA at Harbor creek. They turned out to be junk and the wire would eventually short out. No problem they had a lifetime guarantee. The second time I replaced them they developed a $10 restocking fee. Then when I tried to replace them for the fourth time. Suddenly the lifetime guarantee is no more. If this has happened to you E-Mail me, I have been exploring the possibility of a Class action Law suit. We as consumers won't get diddly, but we will ahve the satisfaction of knowing they are paying for lawyers when it would have probably been cheaper to just keep their promise.
