Just a fantasy

In a perfect world I would carry around a lead weighted piece of thick hemp rope. I could use it for two good purposes. First would be to knock out fog lights in the trucks at truck stops, it seems that those with fog lights feel they have to leave them on all the time, even on clear nights on two lane roads. By knocking out the fog lights the life I save may be my own. Secondly, I would use it to to whap every idiot I see that goes into a toilet stall to uninate and does not put the seat up. There ain't much sense in going through the trouble of knocking out fog lights to stay alive if I have to clean off the toilet seat every time I have to use it. I expect life to be more civilized than that.
