Today we started driving in Buffalo, NY and we're now just over the border in Ohio, about 1 hour from Cleveland. We're on our way to Portland, OR. We should be there on Sunday. It has been a while since we've posted anything new, but we've had some computer trouble! We have now bought a new lap top and are back up and running again.
Soon we will add some new pictures as well.
We went home to Orlando last week and when we went back out, we brought our Beagle Max with us and he is having a great time out on the road. Imagine all the grass there is to sniff out here in this country! :) The back yard can't compete with that!
We will put some pictures of him on here as well, so you can see for yourself how comfortable he is on the truck.
Sometimes he even allows us to sleep on the bed as well.... ;)
Jason is now eating from the buffet here at the TA and I ordered a chipotle bacon steak burger, so I'll be eating here shortly as well. We will be back soon with more stories and new pictures!

Yes I know...I haven't posted anything before and I am getting way to many complaints I should write something on here!
A week ago on Friday I passed my CDL, so I can finally drive a truck and Jason can actually go to sleep while I am driving.
They are now giving us the longer runs. We started with a load from Springfield, Missouri to Carson, California. We left on Monday afternoon and got there very early Wednesday morning, driving distance 1200 miles.
Wednesday late afternoon we got a load from Ontario, California to Salt Lake City, Utah, which took us through Las Vegas, Nevada. I drove through there around 1 AM and I don't think I have ever seen more lights per square foot than here! I barely had time to watch traffic; was too busy looking around ;)
We arrived in Salt Lake on Thursday morning, then picked up a load at Moduslink in West Valley Utah and had to take that to Atlanta, Georgia, driving distance 1900 miles. We have to deliver this load tonight and will get another one from there (Kodak) to San Marcos, Texas, which we have to deliver by Tuesday.
So we're driving around like crazy, but we're having a great time!I uploaded some more pictures in My Gallery if you would like to see them.
More soon!! Petra.
