Interstate 88 in Illinois

[color=darkblue]Anyone traveling on the highways and byways and does not have IPass in Illinois will want to avoid I-88 toll road if possible (unless you are rich) the toll on it now is $4.00 for the first two tolls out of the city and the last two tolls are $9.50 each. I think Illinois has flipped its lid.
