what are you looking for

I am affilated with a company in Nashville looking for quality drivers. We are able to get the majority of drivers home for the weekend allowing for a re-start and home time. The majority of our "happy" drivers are over the age of 33 and I am curious to opinions of why the younger people are not looking to become drivers when the wages are pretty good right now. Please respond if you have any ideas or if you would like to work for a growing company. We run all 48 and a bit of Canada.
