Thank A Trucker - We Need Them!
A blog dedicated to truckers and what they do.

Hello everyone!

Having just returned from a trip on the road - my first one - I have a whole new appreciation for what the men and women who drive trucks do so that we can have all the things we need.

They work long, hard hours driving and delivering. Being away from home, dealing with weather and traffic and construction and idiot drivers on the road. It's hard, lonely work and as we've all heard before, if you bought it a trucker brought it.

Yes - they're big, they're slow and they're in the way. Stay out of their way, give them plenty of room, a honk and a friendly wave. This has all been said before but I saw first hand what they deal with.

I'll try to post as often as I can and also found some cool, some sobering, and some unbelievable links to websites and articles that I'll post if anyone is interested in reading them.

I'm planning on another week on the road with my sweetheart soon and I'll be sure to let everyone know how that goes. I'm looking forward to it. Stay safe and be careful!

Thank you. The good report you made, gives those of us, who drive, abit of encouragement. Sometimes, we drivers, forget why we are out on the road. We also don't get much praise, for our commitment to the economy of this, the greatest country, God ever had, the inclination to bless. Continue to spread the word, we need all the help we can get. Over 35 years out here, not many who voice their thanks. Thank You and may you be blessed by God. MessianicTrucker
