You know there are the things in life that can drive you crazy one of my favorites is the fact that there are very few people who can take personal responsibilty for their actions.....Heres a good example Florida a few months ago with the 15yr old driver who in the process of illegally driving herself
she had her cousins and 2 younger soon to be siblings[under the
age of 5 of course]and they died squished between a school bus and a semi....and yes I feel for the family to a degree but more for the 2 under the age of 5yrs. they had no choice but to be there so
here we go The Crete Drvr has to shoulder all of the blame..
Why when asked if the school bus was at a valid stop they all refused to answer the question... duh I wonder why...Now heres the question I want answered WHAT ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH WAS A 15YR OLD DOING DRIVING WHEN FLORIDA'S STATE LAW STATES A 16YR OLD MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT W/SAID LEARNERS PERMIT.....And of course then comes the law suit by a couple of family member ohh no not for the money but for the principle of it....MY AUNT FANNY I don't need a sign last time I checked no one was pulling either of my legs I'm still standing on them...SO here the 90 million Dollar Question WHERE WERE THE PARENTS AND THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES TOWARDS SOCIETY N THOSE KIDS...
I'm personally fed up with the fact that no matter what happens or
the age,state,or condition a four wheeler is in or at.. its the truck driver that has to pay for whatever the four wheeler does...all a truck driver ever hears is YOU ARE A PROFFESSIONAL AND YOU SHOULD KNOW BETTER...Last time I checked there is no hazardous duty pay or does one get babysitter pay to baby sit four wheelers....
A truck driver has too much on his plate with all the new restrictions by both fed. and state laws to have to add on baby sitting to said responsibilities....
Its time for truck drivers to wake up and clean up the industry do it all by john laws book and keep it that way....
Then start making demands about Rv s and four wheeler acountability
if nothing is done soon there will soon be a bigger demand for
truck drivers and all that will be out there.. will be steering wheel holders... It's bad enough that there are too many steering
wheel holders out there already.....I'm sorry if you don't want to hear this but its time someone said it.......
